{"id":145,"date":"2020-11-06T10:25:25","date_gmt":"2020-11-06T07:25:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/3keys.k2d.ru\/?page_id=145"},"modified":"2023-08-29T22:50:48","modified_gmt":"2023-08-29T19:50:48","slug":"track-trace","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/3keys.com\/de\/expertise\/regulations\/bottled-water\/track-trace\/","title":{"rendered":"Mineralwasser"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p><strong><span lang=\"EN-IN\">2020 April 1 &#8211; 2021 June 1\u2014<\/span><\/strong><strong><span lang=\"EN-IN\">Pilot project for labeling packaged water<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2021 September 1\u2014the start of mandatory registration in the Chestny Znak\/CRPT serialisation system. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Manufacturers, importers, wholesalers, and retailers that sell packaged water on 2021 September 1 or within seven days of the date of the need to sell packaged water must submit an application for registration in the Chestny Znak\/CRPT serialisation system.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2021 December 1\u2014mandatory serialisation for mineral water<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Starting from 2021 December 1, serialisation will become mandatory for mineral water.* Mineral water manufacturers and importers must be registered in the Chestny Znak system and describe their products in the Nacionalnyy Catalog. By this time, the processes for ordering and payment for codes, as well as code application on the package and introduction to the market, including reporting, should be fully implemented. The turnover of non-serialised mineral water will become illegal on 2021 December 1.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2022 March 1\u2014mandatory serialisation for other categories of packaged drinking water<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>By March 2022, manufacturers and importers of any packaged drinking water** must be registered in the Chestny Znak system and describe their products in the Nacionalnyy Catalog. By this time, the processes for ordering and payment for codes, as well as code application on the package and introduction to the market, including reporting, should be fully implemented. The turnover of non-serialised drinking water will become illegal on 2022 March 1.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2022 November 1\u2014mandatory volume and article reporting on the turnover of serialised packaged water<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Manufacturers, importers, wholesalers, and retailers need to use electronic document flow when dispatching and receiving goods. Participants should choose an EDI operator and implement, configure, and test electronic document flow with other parties. It must report information about batches of goods to the marking system (the product code and the quantity of the marked goods to be shipped) without specifying the codes that are being moved between them.<\/p>\n<p><b><span lang=\"EN-IN\">From March 1, 2023<\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-IN\"> &#8211; <strong>There is an obligation to transfer information to the labeling system on the retail sale of labeled water for all participants in the turnover.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>All participants selling any types of packaged water <span lang=\"EN-IN\">must start scanning codes and report sales information to the system via cash registers. By this time, sales processes must be tested, 2D scanners must be available at cash registers, and cash register software should be upgraded if necessary<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span lang=\"EN-IN\">From December 1, 2023 &#8211;<\/span><\/b> <strong><span lang=\"EN-IN\">It becomes mandatory to transfer information to the labeling system on the disposal of packaged water for the HoReCa segment and government agencies.<\/span><\/strong><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Participants of the turnover in HoReCa segment (restaurants, cafes, hotels) and <span lang=\"EN-IN\">government agencies<\/span>\u00a0(canteens at schools, kindergartens and hospitals), purchasing packagesed water for not selling purposes, must report the disposal of packaged water to the monitoring system. Participants should choose an EDI operator and implement, configure, and test electronic document flow with other parties.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2025 March 1\u2014item reporting on the turnover of serialised packaged water<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Manufacturers, importers, wholesalers, and retailers need to use electronic document flow when dispatching and receiving goods. Participants should choose an EDI operator and implement, configure, and test electronic document flow with other parties. It must report information about each serialised item to Chestny Znak\/CRPT.<\/p>\n<p>* products with HS codes 2201, including 2201 10, OKPD 2 11.07.11.110<\/p>\n<p>** products with HS codes 2201, including 2201 90 000 0, OKPD 2 11.07.11.120, 11.07.11.130, 11.07.11.140<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Russian T&amp;T regulations for the bottled water market<\/h2>\n<h4>1.<\/h4>\n<div class=\"column\">\n<div class=\"regulations--scheme--number\">\n<div class=\"scheme--number--description\">\n<p>The manufacturer places an order for unique serial numbers with crypto codes for each produced trade item (SKU) based on the production plan. The serial numbers and crypto codes are emitted by the OMS CRPT system. The manufacturer can choose between direct labeling (and receive back Serial numbers from OMS) or specify a printing house as the service-provider, in which case the serial numbers will be retrieved directly by the printing house via the MCDN system and pre-printed as DataMatrix codes on the packaging material.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"regulations--scheme--number\">\n<h4 class=\"scheme--number--digit\">2.<\/h4>\n<div class=\"scheme--number--description\">\n<p>For direct labeling scenario, these serial numbers are encoded to Data Matrix codes and applied to individual consumer packages during production. Alternatively, packaging with pre-printed DataMatrix codes is used. This process makes the finished product serialized. The packages are placed into cases and other forms of containers &#8211; then further aggregated into pallets. Each level of a container is labeled with a unique SSCC of GS1-128 codes assigned by the manufacturer. Codes are associated in a parent\/child structure.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"regulations--scheme--number\">\n<h4 class=\"scheme--number--digit\">3.<\/h4>\n<div class=\"scheme--number--description\">\n<p>Each applied code and the hierarchical structure is stored in the private repository. It is then further reported to OMS and GIS MT systems, along with additional attributes, such as expiry date.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"regulations--scheme--number\">\n<h4 class=\"scheme--number--digit\">4.<\/h4>\n<div class=\"scheme--number--description\">\n<p>After the end of the production of a batch and the quality control procedure, the serialized packages are reported to GIS MT as available for further sale.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"column\">\n<div class=\"regulations--scheme--number\">\n<h4 class=\"scheme--number--digit\">5.<\/h4>\n<div class=\"scheme--number--description\">\n<p>At any given point in the supply chain, the product aggregation can change. When this happens it is reflected in the repository and reported to GIS MT. Likewise, products can be written-off for various reasons, such as damages, expiration, shortages, etc.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"regulations--scheme--number\">\n<h4 class=\"scheme--number--digit\">6.<\/h4>\n<div class=\"scheme--number--description\">\n<p>After the serialized goods are packed in cases and pallets, they are dispatched from the manufacturer to the next supply chain partner. Each serialized container is scanned and the unique codes are included in a Universal Transfer Document (UTD).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"regulations--scheme--number\">\n<h4 class=\"scheme--number--digit\">7.<\/h4>\n<div class=\"scheme--number--description\">\n<p>The UTD is sent to a certified EDI provider, which is then forwarded to the receiver of the shipment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"regulations--scheme--number\">\n<h4 class=\"scheme--number--digit\">8.<\/h4>\n<div class=\"scheme--number--description\">\n<p>When receiving a serialized shipment, the wholesaler scans each serialized container to verify it against the inbound UTD. Any discrepancies are resolved by additional EDI documents, such as UCD. Once the UTD is electronically signed by the receiver, the change of ownership occurs. Lastly, the information is pushed to GIS MT.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"column\">\n<div class=\"regulations--scheme--number\">\n<h4 class=\"scheme--number--digit\">9.<\/h4>\n<div class=\"scheme--number--description\">\n<p>Finally, when the serialized package is sold at a retail store to the end-consumer, the Data Matrix is scanned at the POS. The unique serial numbers are included in the electronic cash receipt, which is sent via a Fiscal Data Operator to GIS MT.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"regulations--scheme--number\">\n<h4 class=\"scheme--number--digit\">10.<\/h4>\n<div class=\"scheme--number--description\">\n<p>Any consumer can scan a DataMatrix code with a phone App to verify the authenticity of the product and learn more about its origin.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0Russian T&amp;T regulations for the bottled water import<\/h2>\n<div class=\"column\">\n<div class=\"regulations--scheme--number\">\n<h4 class=\"scheme--number--digit\">1.<\/h4>\n<div class=\"scheme--number--description\">\n<p>The importer places an order for unique serial numbers with crypto codes for each produced trade item (SKU) based on the production\/purchase plan. The full hierarchy has to be reported to GIS MT before the shipment can be customs-cleared.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"regulations--scheme--number\">\n<h4 class=\"scheme--number--digit\">5.<\/h4>\n<div class=\"scheme--number--description\">\n<p>The importer, or the customs broker, submits a customs declaration (GTD) to the Federal Customs Service. \u00a0The GTD includes a list of unique container codes. The Federal Customs Service verifies the codes with GIS MT and clears the shipment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"regulations--scheme--number\">\n<h4 class=\"scheme--number--digit\">6.<\/h4>\n<div class=\"scheme--number--description\">\n<p>In order to make the products available for further sale, the importer reports the unique container codes to GIS MT.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"column\">\n<div class=\"regulations--scheme--number\">\n<h4 class=\"scheme--number--digit\">7.<\/h4>\n<div class=\"scheme--number--description\">\n<p>At any given point in the supply chain, the product aggregation can change.
